Product Information

CORE REQUIRED. This head begins as a thoroughly cleaned and magnaflux inspected 100% crack-free core. Valve guides are replaced and sized to our specific tolerances. We then install our special extreme temperature hardened exhaust seats, and begin machine work. We machine the valve seats for oversized 1.89" intake and 1.59" exhaust valves on a Sunnen VGS-20 seat cutting machine using flow bench and dyno developed custom profiles. After this we begin the CNC porting phase, porting to our full stage 3 or stage 4 level. The head is cleaned and ready for assembly of your high performance parts- right out of the box.
